Are you 'tied to' any estate agents, solicitors or mortgage brokers?

No, we are completely independent. We do however have good working relationships with these people and can therefore point you in the right direction when you're looking to instruct these professionals.

Why do you charge a registration fee?

Because in some cases people change their minds or a property transaction falls through.

Do you search for rental properties?

Yes. We work on behalf of the tenant aiming to find them the best property available that best fits their criteria. We will find rental properties for both private and corporate clients on short or long term tenancies.

Are you estate agents?

No. Estate agents work for and are paid by the vendor to achieve the highest price on their behalf when they are selling their property. At Bright Home Moving Solutions we act independently for our clients whether they are buying, selling or renting, always striving to find the best property and negotiate the lowest possible price on our clients' behalf for buying and the highest possible price for selling, whilst saving them time, money and stress.

What type of people use your services?

We can help anyone looking to move including; Professionals who are too busy to find a property and deal with moving; Elderly people who haven't moved for a while and want help through the process; People who are re-locating to East Sussex and don't have the time themselves; To put it simply we can help anyone that wants to reduce the stress of moving and save time by using our services.

Why should estate agents give you details of properties before releasing them to the general market?

Through working closely with them they know that we only represent serious buyers and that, if one of our clients offers to buy a property from them, the transaction is more likely to proceed smoothly.

I've found my property already, can you still negotiate the best price and coordinate the purchase?

Yes, definitely. We can offer any part of the services as every package is tailor made to suit your requirements and our fee would reflect this.

Can you provide just a property finder service for me?

I live in Norfolk, but my elderly mother lives in Bexhill and needs to move into a residential home. Can you help her sell her bungalow?

Yes. A tailor made package can be put together whatever the circumstances.

I live abroad but I need to sell my house in St Leonards on Sea as soon as possible. Can you coordinate the sale?

Yes we can. Although you do still need to use an estate agent and a solicitor for the process we can co-ordinate everything for you saving you time and money.

We have a buyer for our property and we've just had an offer accepted on a new property. We haven't moved for nearly 20 years - can you help us?

Yes, every package is tailor made to suit your individual needs.

Is there a time limit to how long you will search for a property for us once we've registered with you and paid our initial registration fee?

Yes, for renting it's 2 months. However, in our experience this should be plenty of time for us to find and secure your ideal home.

Letting agents don't give us enough information and photos of rental properties, can you supply more details?

Yes, of course. Any properties which we view for you we will take further photos on your behalf so that you can see more of the property before deciding whether or not to view it for yourself.
