14th December 2007 - Home Information Packs
Properties marketed for sale from 14th December 2007 in England and Wales will need a Home Information Pack (HIP), which includes a home energy rating. The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.

16th November 2007 - Cutting Edge
In October 2007 Bright Home Moving Solutions were approached by Gecko Productions who had chosen St Leonards as a filming location for Channel 4's documentary programme "Cutting Edge" and needed an empty flat to film interviews.
Bright HMS not only managed to find them a suitable property but also sourced furniture for use in the filming.
Stephen Finnigan, the producer of the show was reported to be very pleased with the service he received and said that he would have no problems referring Liza Richards, owner of Bright Home Moving Solutions for any other production work in the area.
